Nice spot but no one there...or anywhere to help with navigation or problems. Not user friendly. Positive: OK the place itself was very nice, but the whole experience of checking in and staying there was difficult. The descriptions of the place and parking were not accurate, and it was super hard to get anyone to help me in the moment. And when the owner did reply, they weren't super helpful. One big concern of mine was safety, because I was arriving late at night and didn't want to walk around a strange city by myself. I was assured it was very safe and that parking was private and locked. When I arrived, I followed the directions to find "Parking garage behind the building"....there was nothing behind the building but a paid parking lot. I called for assistance finding it but there was no one at the "24/7" phone number...not then, not any time I called. I circled around and around. Finally there was an unmarked door at the side of the building with no instruction or sign or anything...just a little post. I held the key fob up and it opened. But when I got to my assigned spot, there was another car there. Again, i tried to call for instructions ... no one answered. The booking.com AI help warned me NOT to park in any other spot. So I had to park in the paid lot and walk to the building...I did not feel comfortable. The AI helper told me to send in photos of the car in my spot and my receipt etc. WHich was impossible to do since I couldnt' upload anything to that chat. I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. I finally did get reimbursed fo r the parking but sheesh. Negative: COMMUNICATIONS. and accuracy in listing. There were no signs for how to get to the work room or gym, no signs pointing out that to get up to your floor, you have to hold the key fob up to a sensor on one side of the elevator. When I asked the owner how to get to the public areas, he/she said, "There are signs throughout the building." There is not ONE sign anywhere in the building helping to direct anyone anywhere. The description clearly says there is a balcony...but there's not. The big picture windows shown in the photos don't even open...so though there is a lot of light, there is no fresh air. When I mentioned that there was no balcony, the reply (I never could figure out if it was an actual person or AI replying to me) was that there was no balcony mentioned in the listing. Uh...yes, there is. When I sent a screenshot of the description, I got no answer. Checkout of 10 am?! That seemed really early. They are happy to give you a late checkout ...for a fee. No thanks.
