Lovely apartment and courteous staff but not built for short term stays Positive: Spacious apartment on the top floor. Whoever was part of the team through the messaging on the booking.com app was very responsive and courteous. They were also very flexible about accomodating changes in arrival dates and times. Negative: While communication was prompt through the booking.com messaging system, the proprietor favoured an external system which sent repeated automated messages even when the information asked for had already been given through booking.com, to the extent that it became intrusive and frustrating. The entrance to the apartment block was having extensive buiding work done and was in fact a noisy work site, of which there was no warning. There was a full load of washing left in the dryer on arrival, neither of the bedside lamps worked (for which there was no successful solution) and the heating stopped working (it blew cold air instead) - for this, there were no instructions and the responsiveness was delayed due to the mixture of communication methods being used. It's a lovely apartment but the set up was frustrating and did not lend itself to a relaxing stay, unfortunately.

Would definitely stay there again. Good price w great location. Very safe as well. Positive: Wonderful view of surrounding area! Everything very clean and attractive. Negative: Couldn’t get Roku to work but not a big deal!

Great OTR stay in a Modern Apartment Positive: The place was exceptional. Management and staff was very helpful. We met the housekeeping team and they were very professional. The modern clean unit with the view had everything with a full equipped kitchen. The living room was modernly designed with a comfortable sofa bed. There is a work desk and an excellent environment a home office could have strong Wi-Fi and Roku. The bedroom was modern with a closet that has everything that you need. Location is very convenient. Courthouse is nearby and Hanke Station Street Car is a 2- min walk. Plan to stay here for future definitely. And the prices for reasonable compared to the business district if you need to stay in Cincinnati this OTR place is a great option. Negative: Everything was great nothing that we disliked.
